Natasha started Connect & Create to provide a platform where people can apply their skills and connect with others through their interests. Scroll up and check out past events that she had organized with like-minded professionals in various industries.

It was also a way to support her daughter’s passion for the visual arts where she can use her talent to help others and find a way to connect with her through practical projects. Her two sons are also able to explore different opportunities through this initiative as she believes that everyone can dive into any project to find out what makes them tick. They don’t need to wait till they graduate or retire to find what their zest for life is.

Pam Yeo

​

Pam Yeo is a culinary artist whose most cherished childhood memories are filled with the rich aromas from her Malaysian Peranakan grandmother’s kitchen. Graduating with honours and earning a Grand Diploma in French Culinary Arts from New York City, along with her experience as a private chef and time at the James Beard Foundation, have significantly shaped her approach to cooking. Over the past 15 years, she has immersed herself in researching and analysing flavour profiles and nutritional aspects of cuisines from around the world. 

 

Currently, Pam is a stay-at-home mum based in Seattle, USA, with boys who have notably sophisticated palates. They constantly challenge the way she cooks on a daily basis. In addition to her role at home, she teaches small group cooking classes and is deeply passionate about recipe development bridging the gap between lifestyle medical professionals/dieticians and their patients and helping them stick to their new diets.

Min Yong

​

Min and I first connected in a pre-natal class, eagerly awaiting the arrival of our 2014 babies. Our shared journey continued in 2017 when we collaborated on "Crate A Surprise," a heartfelt project where we curated and sold gift hampers to raise funds for the Yellow Ribbon cause. We also organised a meaningful workshop involving Dads and their kids to learn how to create floral arrangements for moms.

 

Min's diverse background includes roles as a journalist, tech entrepreneur, and bespoke florist, showcasing her multifaceted talents. She is currently residing in Ohio, US, with her husband and two kids, where she channels her unique creative design skills into redecorating homes, transforming them into livable masterpieces for people to stay and enjoy.

Vanessa has extensive experience in nurturing young minds and guiding families as she ran the "Wee Care @ Polliwogs" preschool for approximately seven years. As a mother of two teenagers and one almost-adult, Vanessa brings invaluable personal insights making her a compassionate and knowledgeable resource for parents dealing with kids of all ages.

EJ Choi

A sought-after speaker, certified leadership coach & facilitator, EJ has helped her clients in the private & public sectors with her impactful transformative initiatives. Her approach blends systems thinking, behavioral science & narrative learning for actionable strategies.

 

Growing up in Singapore with South Korean heritage, this has given EJ the ability to bridge diverse perspectives & foster trust easily. As a nurturing mother of two daughters, she has helped them navigate their development with grace & humility.

Linna has over two decades of diverse professional experience spanning the fitness, dance, and hospitality industries.

She began her career in hospitality, working at the Grand Hyatt Singapore and The Beaufort Singapore in roles involving corporate training, business development, and event planning for conferences, weddings, and other large-scale events.

 

She then transitioned into the dance and fitness sector, where she would spend the majority of her career. She first began teaching salsa, later adding pole dance to her repertoire. She co-founded and served as managing director of TheBodyTalks Pte Ltd, a studio offering both salsa and pole dance, where she was also a principal instructor and choreographer.

She went on to co-found Bobbi’s Pole Studio Singapore Pte Ltd, a dedicated pole dance studio, where she continued to manage and teach. During her time at Bobbi’s, Linna also began teaching the Gyrotonic Method to private clients. Following her work with Bobbi’s, she shifted her focus more deeply into Gyrotonic, eventually earning certification in Gyrokinesis as well. 

​

In addition to her work in hospitality and fitness, Linna has past experience in recruitment as an Executive Search Consultant at Management Recruitment International (MRI) and this is aligned with Connect & Create's goals for our clients.

​

As a mother of a preteen son, Linna is now expanding her expertise into education. She is set to receive her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in September 2025, combining her passion for movement, wellness, and teaching with her commitment to children’s development.
